A sustainable nutritional plan shouldn’t be too focused on food limitations.

Instead of focusing on all of the things you can’t eat, we focus on all of the things you can (AND SHOULD) be eating to support your work done in the gym. This includes carbs and all of your favorite foods, with a focus on balance and nutrient density.

I have experience coaching individuals who use animal protein as well as those who build muscle only through the use of vegetarian/vegan sources and am comfortable supporting you to be successful in a way that also aligns with your values around food.
