Training sessions are 55 minutes long.

Sessions are held at a private gym called ATP fitness located at 3470 Fostoria Drive in San Ramon. Our gym is well-equipped with an inviting atmosphere.
Sessions are also held at my home in Pleasanton, near Vintage Hills for those that would like to complete training within a more cozy, home setting.

Private Training (One on One)
12 Sessions/month- $100/session ($1200)
8 Sessions/month- $110/session ($880)
4 Sessions/month- $120/session ($480)
Private training drop in rate: $150
Semi-private Training (3 attendees)
12 Sessions/month- $40/session ($480)
8 Sessions/month- $45/session ($360)
4 Sessions/month- $50/session ($200)
Women's Yoga
4 Sessions/month- $30/session ($120)
Introductory yoga session- free :)
Introductory private session- $100
Ongoing yoga drop in rate: $40

Private training, sessions take place at a time that is convenient for both you and I.
Semi-private training sessions take place throughout the day. Please contact me for a list of current open timeslots.
Yoga is every Sunday at 9am.

Sessions are able to be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice results in the session being redeemed. I appreciate your understanding!

Life is unexpected and you might need to pivot to focus on something else temporarily. If you need to pause, your sessions can be placed on hold for 6 months from the time of purchase, after which they will expire.

My approach to personal training is trauma-informed, weight-inclusive and rooted in behavioral science. With me, you are not only physically safe, you are emotionally safe as well. I work with my clients to address their whole self and to identify needs and then behavior change strategies to increase self-care behavior sustainably over time.
