Pricing and Frequently Asked Questions

Training sessions are 55 minutes long and take place in our private training studio located at 12901 Alcosta Blvd, Suite 2B in San Ramon, CA.

All clients begin as 1:1 clients so that we can build a good strength training foundation along with a strong coaching relationship. After a period of time, clients have the option to continue with 1:1 coaching or switch to a semi-private model (1:3) or to create a combo of the two. All sessions take place in my private gym space in San Ramon.
For both private and semi-private clients, sessions are billed monthly as a subscription (pricing below).
Private Training (1:1)
12 Sessions/month- $100/session ($1200)
8 Sessions/month- $110/session ($880)
4 Sessions/month- $120/session ($480)
Semi-private Training (1:3)
12 Sessions/month- $50/session ($600)
8 Sessions/month- $55/session ($440)
4 Sessions/month- $60/session ($240)

Sessions are able to be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice results in the session being redeemed.

Our approach to strength coaching is weight-inclusive and rooted in behavioral science. At Divergent Fitness, you are building habits that are both safe and sustainable. We work with clients to identify needs and then behavior change strategies to increase self-care behavior sustainably over time.
