Private 1:1 training is a great option for clients looking for a session totally and completely tailored to your needs. I will get you strong while keeping you safe. All clients start with private training and then can choose private, semi-private or both types of trainings to meet their needs.

*Note- clients must complete 3 months of private training before semi-private subscription options are available.
