Hi, I’m Coach Bri. :)

My journey with movement hasn’t always been linear. I grew up playing sports, but stepping away from them at a young age left me feeling disconnected from myself—both physically and mentally. For a long time, I struggled to find my footing, navigating challenges with my health, habits, and overall well-being.

That experience is what ultimately led me to pursue kinesiology and fall in love with the power of movement. When I discovered strength training, it became more than just exercise—it became a way to rebuild trust in myself, develop confidence, and reconnect with who I was.

Now, my passion is helping women do the same.

I understand what it feels like to feel out of place in your body or unsure of where to start. My goal is to create a space where you can build strength safely, develop confidence, and experience what your body is truly capable of—at your own pace.

Strength training didn’t just change how I move—it changed how I see myself. And I’m here to help you discover that for yourself, too. :)

In my spare time, I love thrifting, cuddling with my cat Alphy, and getting pho with my partner.
