    As a masters level behavior analyst, I utilize the evidence-based science of Applied Behavior Analysis to support my clients to be successful both in the kitchen and in the gym.

    I am an expert in behavior modification and will support you to create systems that will keep your success sustainable over time.

  • Identifying Barriers

    I support women to identify and overcome real or imagined barriers to self-care. Using tools based on Acceptance and Commitment therapy, we work together to identify values and then reduce barriers that negatively impact the ability to move towards them.

  • Sustainability and Longevity

    I focus on long-term sustainability of nutritional and strength programs to support a balanced approach to fitness and health. This means that I coach clients to be successful in ways that will negatively impact their daily lives as little as possible- no cutting out major food groups, no spending 2+ hours in the gym, no sacrificing one valued area of life for another.
